Goddess Energy & Glow Matcha Porridge

I’ve developed a Matcha porridge recipe that is full of Goddess energy and glow. Yes, it has been developed with ingredients that are known to help nourish, fuel, energize and balance the body, mind, and spirit.

It is also packed full of healthy seeds and greens for healthy glowing skin. 

INGREDIENTS

Rice Milk

1 cup

Porridge 

1 tablespoon

Hemp Shelled Seeds

1 tablespoon

Matcha

1/2 teaspoon

Ashwaghanda

1 teaspoon

Apple (diced)

1/2

Raspberries

 

Blueberries

 

Pumpkin seeds

 

Cinnamon (grounded)

 

Cardamom (grounded)

 

 How to prepare
  • Add all ingredients in a pot except fruits and nuts.
  • Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Top with fruits and nuts.
  • Sprinkle Matcha.
